My second EP went live on Spotify today. It feels strange that it's about the period of my life when I felt I was living behind One-Way Plate Glass. I choose to break that mirror and step through into agency. I choose to give outwards.

Yesterday marked 1 year since I left New York to "visit" New Orleans where I ended up quarantined. It also marks the release of my first EP on Spotify. This quarantine has been challenging, profound, transformative, and nurturing periods of my life. Tightly Broken, Already Held, we are indeed.

I love these rhythms that push and pull against each other. Bringing them in and out of easy sync and then reinforcing a root pulse after a period of tension. I'm learning that my work isn't precious. Not because it isn't valuable to me. But because there is more.
